Skyline Partners Inc.

In January of 2013 I purchased a wall clock through [redacted] and Fly Jovi/Skyline Partners Inc. was the seller. I ordered a second clock and returned the first one. My account has never been credited for the first clock. Because this has been drawn out for so long, [redacted] will not assist me. I contacted The [redacted] Company (theirs was the address to which I returned the clock). They agreed that because of the time lapse and lack of customer service, I should be reimbursed not only for the clock but also for my return shipping charges. The [redacted] Company has refunded Skyline Partners Inc. for both the clock and the shipping charges, but I still have not been refunded anything.
