Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My group and I had not missed the busWe requested the uber at and it arrived in one minuteThe company stated to me that the Bus had finally arrived at From 0200-when the bus should've been there it was not there and we needed to get homeThe bus was over an hour lateI never stated in my previous message that we missed a bus this is a statementWe were there at waiting for a bus until we called the office at and there was no responseIf the message would've been relayed to us many of us would've waited however, we feared we were forgotten along with others and took matters into our own handsWe waited longer with other people waiting as wellWe finally decided we need to leave after the hour and requested the ride to get home since there was no response from the companyI do not appreciate a statement being said and because of that I do request a reimbursementDue to the lack of integrity at this moment shown by the companyWe didn't miss a bus we waited over an hour and had no response from the company Regards, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern: *** ***, the son of *** ***, rented one of our buses for WurstfestFollowing the usual protocol, a contract was signed/submitted and it was documented that he would be paying for his rental by checkSince *** was at least years of age, the bus was
rented in his name, and he should have been my point of contactI received no calls from *** regarding the service and any of the problems his mother listed in her complaintIn addition, I own party buses, so each bus in my fleet is equipped with LED lighting, stripper poles, sound systems/aux cables etcTherefore, it is absolutely that someone could say my bus lacked any of these upgradesThe issues started to arise after I was contacted by my bank to let me know that a stop payment was issued on ***’s checkAs soon as I was notified, I reached out to him and asked that he submit payment immediately! At that point in time, he would not respond to my calls or text messagesThen, he only returned my phone call when I told him I would be contacting the police and filing theft of serviceWhen *** called me back, I inquired as to why a stop payment was placed on his check? He simply said that he did not like the busI asked him what were the issues with the bus, and why had he not made any effort to contact me right away, so that I could have addressed his issues? Per the contract, if there were any issues, or should the customer decide that they do not want to rent the bus, we keep the deposit and they are not obligated to pay the remainder, thus canceling their contract/rentalAt this point, *** says that he will be by to bring me the $for his bus rentalNext, I had to call the San Marcos Police Department because *** ***, ***’s mother, called right after we hung up stating that he would not be bringing me payment for the bus rentalShe was also making various threats as to what she would do to my company as well as defamation threats personally, if I pursued her son for the paymentPLEASE SEE BELOW COPIES OF HER TEXT MESSAGES, COMMENTS ON MY COMPANY FACEBOOK PAGE, AS WELL AS THE SIGNED CONTRACTOnce San Marcos Police Department arrived, I showed Officer *** the signed copy of the contract, as well as informed him that *** *** was harassing me non-stop (SHOWED HIM PROOF BELOW)Therefore, Officer *** called *** to inform him that if he did not bring me the payment for services, he would be arrested for theft of serviceSo, *** comes to bring me the paymentAfter I was paid for services I thought that all was wellHowever, *** *** has still been making threats/harassing me nonstopShe threatened me that she was going to contact the Revdex.com, The Attorney General’s Office (she has a family member that works there), TxDot, and The Governor’s OfficeI informed her that I have an attorney working on my case, a police report was filed (any further actions can be seen as retaliation), and that her son is an adult, so he is the responsible partyThe contract was between the two of usI read her comments about health issues etcYet, it is hard for me to believe that she is so distraught, when she has been so ugly to me and going to such great lengths to defame my companyI would appreciate you dismissing this claim, as she has made tons of accusations and threatsShe will not, under any circumstances, be receiving a refund! As I stated the bus took people back, we don't pay for uber rideswe never can predict what happens but we don our best to get people, the other people waited. sorry but our offer stands. Best, ***

Tell us why here...Skyline Party Bus Picks up between 2:00am-2:45am, we leave around 2:45am once the driver have the amount of people he came with he will leave. The bus was running late and showed up around 3:00am due to needing jump start. we took people back. We are more than willing to give free...

ride for the 3 people that road back in Uber, but willn't pay for the Uber due to bus taken people back. THe customer also state that she must had just missed the bus.

I am rejecting this response because:. I think he is doing some illegal deal. Someone needs to take a good look at this man As you can see he lied to the Revdex.com, he lied to the police. Ummm, I think the court would see this as perjury   I was taught lying to the police is wrong Which he did.I want a check for 800 bucks. That's my final offer

My group and I had not missed the bus. We requested the uber at 0300 and it arrived in one minute. The company stated to me that the Bus had finally arrived at 0309. From 0200-0245 when the bus should've been there it was not there and we needed to get home. The bus was over an hour late. I never stated in my previous message that we missed a bus this is a false statement. We were there at 0200 waiting for a bus until we called the office at 0230 and there was no response. If the message would've been relayed to us many of us would've waited however, we feared we were forgotten along with others and took matters into our own hands. We waited longer with other people waiting as well. We finally decided we need to leave after the hour and requested the ride to get home since there was no response from the company. I do not appreciate a false statement being said and because of that I do request a reimbursement. Due to the lack of integrity at this moment shown by the company. We didn't miss a bus we waited over an hour and had no response from the company.

I am rejecting this response because : I am not letting a business who did not provide the service that was in the contract to get away with mistaking the facts. His course of action was inappropriate by involving law enforcement to justify being paid for services that were not rendered.  We can provide more statements from individuals who were part of this trip and that can bear witness to this claim. As they stated that there was theft for lack of services we also feel there was theft from this company of our money by not providing the services in the contract ; lights, music, late arrivals at pick up location, and leaving part of the passengers at departure point at the end of the evening. They say they stand behind their original statement and as it is false and  we feel wronged and are not about to leave this situation unanswered to our satisfaction.
