He simply said that he did not like the busI asked him what were the issues with the bus, and why had he not made any effort to contact me right away, so that I could have addressed his issues? Per the contract, if there were any issues, or should the customer decide that they do not want to rent the bus, we keep the deposit and they are not obligated to pay the remainder, thus canceling their contract/rentalAt this point, [redacted] says that he will be by to bring me the $for his bus rentalNext, I had to call the San Marcos Police Department because [redacted] , ***’s mother, called right after we hung up stating that he would not be bringing me payment for the bus rentalShe was also making various threats as to what she would do to my company as well as defamation threats personally, if I pursued her son for the paymentPLEASE SEE BELOW COPIES OF HER TEXT MESSAGES, COMMENTS ON MY COMPANY FACEBOOK PAGE, AS WELL AS THE SIGNED CONTRACTOnce San Marcos Police Department arrived, I showed Officer [redacted] the signed copy of the contract, as well as informed him that [redacted] was harassing me non-stop (SHOWED HIM PROOF BELOW)Therefore, Officer [redacted] called [redacted] to inform him that if he did not bring me the payment for services, he would be arrested for theft of serviceSo, [redacted] comes to bring me the paymentAfter I was paid for services I thought that all was wellHowever, [redacted] has still been making threats/harassing me nonstopShe threatened me that she was going to contact the Revdex.com, The Attorney General’s Office (she has a family member that works there), TxDot, and The Governor’s OfficeI informed her that I have an attorney working on my case, a police report was filed (any further actions can be seen as retaliation), and that her son is an adult, so he is the responsible partyThe contract was between the two of usI read her comments about health issues etcYet, it is hard for me to believe that she is so distraught, when she has been so ugly to me and going to such great lengths to defame my companyI would appreciate you dismissing this claim, as she has made tons of accusations and threatsShe will not, under any circumstances, be receiving a refund! To Whom it May Concern:   I am writing a response to the dispute I received via email. The easiest way to explain the chain of events leading up to the customer being dissatisfied, would be to give you a brief breakdown
class="Body">of events. First of all, we received calls inquiring about pricing for our buses. After spending a two to three week period negotiating pricing, we agreed on a price and were told to contact the manager of the venue to discuss bus sizes that would be appropriate for the venue size and terrain. We could never contact the venue manager, via personal or business phone, and communicated that with the customer.   In the meantime, she had been advised that many people wanted to reserve buses for that date, for proms etc., and a deposit would be non-refundable to secure the bus. Then, she paid her deposit and we assumed all was well. However, the customer called and spoke with myself as well sent text messages to my sister. Basically, she gave us two different excuses as to why she no longer wanted the bus. We can print-out the messages showing why she told my sister she wanted a refund, as well as the emails she forwarded with the venue manager information we used to try and contact her.   Then, her soon-to-be husband started calling and making threats, in addition to her making threats of calling attorneys etc. Personally, I just handled this situation according to company policy, as it was reiterated to her as well as explicitly listed on our company website under our terms and conditions. After she made threats of how she would post negative online reviews, call attorneys etc., we ceased all communication. Then, to top things off, she had the manager of the venue calling to try and make insults and demand a refund. A refund will not be given, under any circumstances, and I would appreciate all of the negative correspondence surrounding these events to end. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me by phone or email at the contact information listed below. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.   Sincerely,      [redacted] Skyline Party Bus Co. [redacted]@skylinepartybusco.com (512) [redacted] office (512) [redacted] fax

To Whom It May Concern: [redacted], the son of [redacted], rented one of our buses for Wurstfest. Following the usual protocol, a contract was...

signed/submitted and it was documented that he would be paying for his rental by check. Since [redacted] was at least 18 years of age, the bus was rented in his name, and he should have been my point of contact. I received no calls from [redacted] regarding the service and any of the problems his mother listed in her complaint. As soon as I was notified, I reached out to him and asked that he submit payment immediately! At that point in time, he would not respond to my calls or text messages. Then, he only returned my phone call when I told him I would be contacting the police and filing theft of service. Per the contract, if there were any issues, or should the customer decide that they do not want to rent the bus, we keep the deposit and they are not obligated to pay the remainder, thus canceling their contract/rental. At this point, [redacted] says that he will be by to bring me the $400.00 for his bus rental. Next, I had to call the San Marcos Police Department because [redacted]’s mother, called right after we hung up stating that he would not be bringing me payment for the bus rental. She was also making various threats as to what she would do to my company as well as defamation threats personally, if I pursued her son for the payment. PLEASE SEE BELOW COPIES OF HER TEXT MESSAGES, COMMENTS ON MY COMPANY FACEBOOK PAGE, AS WELL AS THE SIGNED CONTRACT. Once San Marcos Police Department arrived, I showed Officer [redacted] the signed copy of the contract, as well as informed him that [redacted] was harassing me non-stop (SHOWED HIM PROOF BELOW). Therefore, Officer [redacted] called [redacted] to inform him that if he did not bring me the payment for services, he would be arrested for theft of service. So, [redacted] comes to bring me the payment. After I was paid for services I thought that all was well. However, [redacted] has still been making threats/harassing me nonstop. She threatened me that she was going to contact the Revdex.com, The Attorney General’s Office (she has a family member that works there), TxDot, and The Governor’s Office. I informed her that I have an attorney working on my case, a police report was filed (any further actions can be seen as retaliation), and that her son is an adult, so he is the responsible party. The contract was between the two of us. I read her comments about health issues etc. Yet, it is hard for me to believe that she is so distraught, when she has been so ugly to me and going to such great lengths to defame my company. I would appreciate you dismissing this claim, as she has made tons of false accusations and threats. She will not, under any circumstances, be receiving a refund! And, I will be responding to her legally. Should you have any other questions or concerns, I can be reached at the information listed below. Thanks for your time and consideration in this matter.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
. I think he is doing some illegal deal. Someone needs to take a good look at this man
As you can see he lied to the Revdex.com, he lied to the police. Ummm, I think the court would see this as perjury   I was taught lying to the police is wrong
Which he did.
I want a check for 800 bucks.
That's my final offer
Regards,
[redacted]

I need time. I've got more than 10 emails from the kids involed. But I've got tons of family here. I'm hoping to show you a few now

Skyline Party Bus is the by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. First of all they mislead all customers by publishing nice decent pictures of their fleet for rent and when your bus arrives you got an old beat up bus and dirty. The ride was horrible as we were breathing in nothing but gas fumes. The AC was leaking and water was dripping on the passengers. When we contacted the owner, he was rude and immature. He could not even have a civil decent conversation with customers, as a business owner should. This company has no respect for it’s customers and does not know how a business should run. As a San Marcos local you would think he would want to treat his customers with honesty and respect. Don’t waste your money with Skyline.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: These statements are completely untrue. The company failed to deliver what was promised, and even lied to us about having already visited the venue when he had not. I still expect a full refund and will continue pursuing this.
Regards,[redacted]
