We hired this company for a hour "Holiday lights tour"The woman I spoke to during booking (Tascia) assured me that the driver would have a planned route for the tour if we did not provide our own desired routeThe driver told me it was her first lights tour and didn't know where to goShe then proceeded to drive a bus with people on it while on her phone trying to find a routeThis obviously is a safety issue and a service issueThen there were major issues with the "premium sounds system" and connecting to itFinally when my wife offered a destination suggestion to the driver the driver responded quite rudely to my wifeWe paid $for this hour service and feel that a refund of $- $is fair for our trouble and the expectations set by the companyI emailed the owner who responded to my initial dissatisfaction but has not responded to any further requests for amendsEven if I cant get a partial refund, this complaint should be taken serious as the driver
