My agency paid Skyline Productions for advertising back in *** We never received what was paid for Call and e-mails to them were
ignored
As mentioned above, we paid for a product and never received it I sent an e-mail in *** inquiring about the brochures and was told they would be finished and delivered within two weeks
That was in *** 2016, it is now mid *** and we still don't have the product we paid for Phone calls and e-mails were subsequently ignored and unan.swered

I advertised for the second year with Skyline. The first year was no problem. This time I have not seen my street map advertising since I paid for it.On 4/9/13 [redacted] for Skyline Productions, [redacted], came to my business to see if we would like to do the same street map advertising we did with him the year before.With no problems our previous time with him we agreed. We gave him a check #[redacted] for $100. It was cashed on 4/15/13, On 4/26/13 we received our proof of ad in the mail to be returned by 5/10/13 with any changes by email or mail. We emailed there were no changes. That is the last we have heard anything. We are suppose to receive the street maps of Coventry, RI to pass out to our customers as we did last year. We have called, we have emailed, we even emailed through the Revdex.com with no responce.Desired SettlementSince no maps were brought to us and we can get no response as to what has happened we would like our $100.00 refunded. Thank you.Business Response [redacted] did not send here proof for the advertisement back within our deadline, and there was an error in the ad. I am in the process of speaking with her to offer a second ad for free or other compensation.We value all our advertisers support, but must maintain a reasonable deadline for proofs to maintain a timely schedule. Hopefully we can come to a compensation arrangement this weekFinal Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The proof ad was responded to by email in time and there was no errors in the ad. Their proof ad says if no response is given the ad runs as is.So if I did not respond why was the ad not run and why would I have not received my copies? The [redacted] was in my business and was told directly that the ad could run the same as last year. No changes.I still have a copy of the proof ad and there are no errors. [redacted] was paid the day he was here on 4/9/13 $100.00 and my check was cashed on 4/15/13.I have not to this date spoken to anyone from Skyline about any compensations.And I have not heard anything from [redacted] who I met with this year and last year.
