Our family has worked with Skyline since 2014 and have been extremely impressed with all the aspects of Skyline's business practices! Fantastic and professional all year around service. We understand that there were structural issues and the permitting process which caused the contractor to delay certain aspects of the work until city inspectors signed off, because they also had to approve work on another part of your building as well - not to mention that your building had financial problems as a result of returned funds that did not clear for a significant amount of time. Construction is always a stressful process for owners in small associations. Our records indicate that you were waiting for years before working with our firm, but we were able to deliver on our promises within a reasonable amount of time, which you personally thanked us for in an email.
Sorry that your experience with the contractor was not what you had expected it to be, but we are glad the project is now complete and your deck looks great.

I was a trustee who hired SKYLINE REALTY one year ago, They claim not to have fall short on a project on the deck/roof in my apartment.
This is not my warning to others. They were not up-to-par as Property Managers at all.
1 There were several accounting errors, never in our favor.
2 There were several legal errors, which made no sense.
3 There were several errors with contractors and bidders. never in our favor.
4 Lastly, they sought to pit people against each other.
Misleading estimates from contractors
Inaccurate accounting (always in their favor)
Inaccurate legal council regarding trustee positions
Deceitful management-favoring unit owners over others

We also hope you understand that matters concerning trustee election results are beyond our control and wish you luck in endeavors outside the condo association. I am in the possession of emails that you sought to throw a trustee off the Board. We refused to keep peace. In addition, I have witnesses that you sought to throw me off the Board because I brought up all of your incompetence. I have proof of it all.
