I am very disappointed with this company and their professionalismI had read ahead of time that my order would take up to days for delivery so I expected thisI ordered my shirts on June 13, and after a little over weeks contacted Skyline and was told that they had a minor shipping problem and were awaiting their delivery of shirts and it would be an additional weeks, at this time I was given the option to cancel but I told them I did not mind to wait those weeksAfter waiting more weeks I emailed again about my order and was told it was in the final processing steps and would ship the next day and I should receive and email about my shipping numberI emailed to see about a shipping number almost a week later and was told that my order was not finished and would ship the following weekI requested my order be canceled and refunded and was told it would be within business daysAugust 13, and I still have no received a refund or my shirts

I placed my order with Skyline and found an online coupon to use as well I was worried however, when I researched and read several negative reviews I placed two phone calls to Skyline because I was concerned about the arrival time of the shipment None of the calls were returned, but my second email was answered and my concerns were met and I was given a tracking number for my orderThe shipping time was very quick The shirts look amazing! I am so impressed! And, the price came out to be around $a shirt! I will use Skyline again, but will make sure I allow sufficient time, just in case

I ordered two t-shirts from SkylineWhen I received my order confirmation email it said the shirts would arrive in 2-weeksAfter weeks I contacted customer support since I had not received a shipping confirmation or tracking codeA gentlemen in sales replied and gave me an excuse as to why my shirts had not shipped, he said they were out of ink and they were waiting on it from their vendor in another country, and it was going to take another 2-weeksI find it quite humorous that a printing company did not have inkOnce my order finally arrived, it was stuffed into a box so small that the shirts were bulging out and the box was taped profuselyIt took me quite a while to carefully cut the box open with a box cutter and I still accidentally cut one of the shirtsAt this point in time, I did not even need the shirts anymore, as they were needed for a tournament that had already endedTheir response to all of this was an email stating their refund policy, and they will not refund meThe ink quality on the shirts was awful, alsoI would never recommend this company to anyone

I ordered a shirt in September and never received it Whenever I call the phone messages are full The email correspondence has been slow or not at all I cancelled my order and sill have not received a refund This is a terrible company and I wouid not recommend them

After waiting 3 more weeks I emailed again about my order and was told it was in the final processing steps and would ship the next day and I should receive and email about my shipping number. I emailed to see about a shipping number almost a week later and was told that my order was not finished and would ship the following week. I requested my order be canceled and refunded and was told it would be within 5 business days. August 13, 2014 and I still have no received a refund or my shirts.

Total scam. Ordered a custom hoodie ONE YEAR ago and never received it despite assurances from the company that the order was still in process.

On Thursday, December 2, 2017 painting work was completed by our company. A thorough walk thru was done upon the completion of the paint job by the homeowner who signed the contract for the job. Her brother and sister-in-law also did a walk thru of the painting job. Both the homeowner and her...

relatives expressed they were very pleased and our company had done a great job. Her brother-in4aw even asked for business card and stated he knew who to call if he needed something painted. The homeowner paid our company in full for the satisfactory completed paint job.On Friday, December 29, 2017 the homeowner called our company and stated some places had been missed and she needed to talk to the owner about the paint job. She expressed some touch ups needed to be done. Our company agreed to come out to correct any touch ups needed. We asked was Tuesday, January 2, 2018 a good day to come out and the homeowner agreed to that date.On the morning of Tuesday, January 2, 2018 the homeowner called and told the company she just wanted the owner to come out, look at the job, and talk about her receiving a refund on the job. She very strongly stated she did not want our company to paint the touch ups because it was a terrible job and she just wanted a refund of the money she paid our company. We repeatedly told the homeowner our company was more than willing to rectify the situation but the homeowner and her sister-in-law strongly refused to allow us to do so. They repeatedly said when our company came out they wanted us to look at the job, and talk about a refund on the paint job, and that they did not want any painting done in very angry and forceful tones.Our company then asked the homeowner to send pictures of the touch-upsneeded. sent were not seen on Thursday, December 28, 2017
when the job was completed to satisfactory standards by the homeowner and her
two (2) relatives. Our company told the homeowner we were
still willing to come out to rectify the situation
by painting the few touch-ups. However, once again,
she angrily refused stating she wanted a refund. Our company informed the homeowner
we were willing to come out and do any retouches needed. A satisfactory
walk thru by the horwwner and her relatives was done upon the Job's completion
and our company was paid in full for our great work.On
December 28, 2017 after the painting was completed our company
received a call from the home owner stating her ladder was missing and to ask the painters
of our company did they take it. Our
company informed her we did not have her ladder and to check to see if the electrician who was doing some work
earlier that day may have it. Later
on that evening the homeowner called to apologize stating the electrician had
used the ladder. While our company was painting there was a
frantic knock at the
homeowner's door by the homeowner's
brother and sister-in-law. When they entered they franticly asked the homeowner
was she alright because they had been trying to call but she did not answer and they thought she was hurt. The relatives
had been in the house earlier and
knew our company was painting,• Our company is more than willing to paint any touchups
needed in a non hostile environment. Upon completion of
the job the home owner and her relatives said the job was great_ We were paid
in full for satisfactory work by the homeowner, but
she refused to allow our company
to rectify the situation by saying she just wanted
a refund on the paint job.

The shirts look amazing! I am so impressed! And, the price came out to be around $8.00 a shirt! I will use Skyline again, but will make sure I allow sufficient time, just in case.

Im sharing my experience with this company skyline shirts ,when I placed my order and I paid for 5 sweaters......after 2 months of trying to get them I receive only 4 sweaters.......wich only one was the right size,,,,,after 2 months of trying to solve the problem this people don't answer my emails or phone calls so its been 4 months,,,,please if u are trying to make business with this people don't do it........
