Review: Here is my horrible experience with travel agent [redacted] and Skylink USA.

I reserved my travel tickets via [redacted] for my trip to India for $4500 back in November 2014. Due to several personal issues I cannot travel per the reservation. I called [redacted] to update my travel schedule. I was told there will be $300 cancellation charges per ticket and any price difference for the new dates. I worked with the travel agent on phone for almost 2 hours and I was given a quote of $3700 for the change. I approved this change and [redacted] assured me that a new ticket would be re-issued in 24 hours. It has been 1 week since my conversation and I still have not received any confirmation. I have spoken to several [redacted] agents and no one has been able to provide an answer. I called up the airlines to find out if it would truly take this long and airlines confirmed that date change is not complicated and they would approve any such changes within minutes.

My battle with [redacted] is not over yet, but I do want to let my friends know about this horrible companyDesired Settlement: ASAP
