Review: I placed a large order on 12-12-15 in the amount of $500. Never once did I receive a shipping notification so on 12-30-15 I called their number for a update but like normal you can't reach anyone. I then sent a email. On January 5th 2016 a [redacted] replied saying my whole order was delivered on 12-24-15. I replied to his email letting him know I was indeed still missing one item ([redacted]). I never heard from him again even though I called several times and emailed again on January 11th and lastly on the 14th of 2016. This company Is horrible!! No customer service and people should know they drop ship your purchases which is why I am still missing part of my order.Desired Settlement: I just want the item I purchased back on 12-12-15 it was around $50. It was suppose to have been my son's Christmas gift!!

I will not take store credit I am done shopping here.
