This person is a lying and I am know I fixed her leakThere is NO way she has had 'several' companies out and it is still leaking, why would it need "several" companies and it is STILL leaking. Clearly she is still lying and I know for a fact I fixed the leak and the gutter was a separate issue I was helping out with because of the lack of maintenance on residenceI will not refund money for a service I provided in a professional and timely mannerI will no longer have any responses to this inconsiderate person

The owner of the business claims to have fixed the problem with the roof, but it persistsIn the past weeks, I have had several other roofing companies come check the roof againThey confirmed that the problem with the roof has not been resolved, and it is still leaking (the stains on the ceiling got more visible since then) and that the downspout from the gutter that Skyriver Roofing put there does not resolve the roof issue in any wayInitially, Skyriver Roofing told me that the roof repair needed to be done, but there was no mentioning of any gutter repair, i.ethe work was performed without my knowledge of itSo I could not and did not agree to have anything done with the gutters because I did not even know about any problem with them at the time of service (October 23)The worker told my husband about that later that day over the phoneLike I stated in my complaint, when my husband called Skyriver Roofing to find out the details of the repair, the owner told him he had yet to finish it in about a week, and then I called the owner and he refused to finish the work while using foul language (see examples in the text of the complaint) Specialists from two other companies said that the roof issue requires further investigation and repair for which they will need to take part of the roof apart to determine (and eventually stop) the cause of the leakSkyriver Roofing owner is providing the wrong information about several things about the incident: the time he has spent actually doing the work, the fact that he repaired the roof and the nature and amount of work I agreed to have done on my houseMoreover, Skyriver Roofing also misrepresented the facts surrounding our dialogue over the phoneI understand the owner’s wish to appear innocent of using inappropriate language, but the situation was just as I described in the complaintSincerely,*** ***

I will start where she agreed to pay $300 for a repair to keep water out of house. I was in fact there for 53 minutes, my GPS in my work vehicle will support that. I was on the roof for at least 25 minutes. I fixed the area of leakage, which was at the top of the valley and top of the skylight,...

I did in fact stop the leak.
After I finished fixing roof, I noticed that there was a downspout missing from the GUTTER, which is a gutter persons issue, I am a roofer. I told the homeowner that I am FINISHED fixing the leak but I noticed another issue UNRELATED to my roof repair but I will add a downspout in the next 'week or so, when Im in the neighborhood' I will fix for no charge. This means a free extra, free.
She called me exactly 7 days later and asked what time I would be at her house that day. I informed her that I was very busy that day but would be there Monday or Tuesday at the latest.  She became very upset at that and told me that is completely unacceptable and that I need to be there THAT day 'or else'. I said Im too busy and will need a few days more and she started cussing and swearing at me. I hung up the phone at that point because she sounded impared some way an I did not appreciate her language.  I was in a customers house when she called and that person will be happy to be a witness to the foul and inappropriate language that was used on my phone, it was quite loud.
The temporary repair I did to the gutter was truly a handyman repair, because it was only going to be on there 7-10 days. the repair I did on the valley and skylight area was a true roofing fix and DID and WILL continue to keep water out of the house. 
The fact that she says I was there 10 minutes seems possibly to be the real problem. She agreed to a $300 dollar repair, there was no promise of how long it would take.  She seems to want to exaggerate the amount of time I was there and then LIE about my language and how I spoke to her. It is all very much a pile of lies and I have a witness who can verify everything that was said in our conversation.
When the Revdex.com offered to SELL me a membership, I declined because every company I ever worked for was very displeased with everything Revdex.com stood for and their dispute resolution being very foul and unfair. I am not a member of Revdex.com and will never be a member. Thank you.
