Hi! I placed my order back in Feb5, [redacted] and I'm supposed to get them by Feb 9, but I still haven't received anything from themI filed a dispute with credit card and for some reason they sent me a form to fill out, but I never received it, so they closed the dispute claimI tried contacting skyroam, but they never answer any of my email and I don't know how I'm gonna get my money back since I never received their products!

dead unit will not charge never sent batteries only where to buy wasted day pass just to activate customer support not knowledgeable how to fix return item only delay response with no action useless response to remove plastic from battery what a joker from the support manager

On 2/16/I purchase a skyroam wireless hotspot device at SFO airport while beginning my travels to Japan for two weeksAt that time I paid for full days ($200.94) and began using the deviceOne the second day of use the device said that there was no longer a balance to use the hotspotAfter contacting skyroam they indicated that I would have to wait up to hrs for them to fix the issueAfter hours nothing was fixedOn February 27th I contacted them again and demanded a full refund since I was never able to use the deviceThey then offered be free days of which I declined and said I want my full refundUpon returning from my trip I shipped the device back on March 7th (tracking confirmed its was delivered on March 12thStill no contact from them so I emailed again on March 19th and was told that "We have forwarded this to the concerned team and they will process the refund immediately" Today is March 25th and still no contact from the company and no refund

Purchased one of their wireless hotspotsCan't connect to any serviceLeft two technical support requests, no response even though the website says I will receive a response "shortly." I don't know what shortly means to them, but they are not responsiveI paid almost $for something that does not work as advertised, in fact does not work at allNo responseI want my money backNo response from the companyAfter the fact I read reviews from others, sad I made the decision to purchase from this companyNot reputable

The customer said he would rather keep the new product sent to him and consider the case closed if we granted him a week-long pass worth of credits (7DP) to use the new product withWe have since approved this request, notified him, and closed the case to his satisfaction

Customer service is not based in the USThey will not refund for their own mistakesWhen you call they will only put you on holdThey scam you once you rent their device it has no credit on it you just payed to rent the deviceI would never use SkyRoam againBeware it’s a total scam

I finally received the refund on 12/22/Please mark the record on your endI do want to keep the complain on this company though since it takes them almost one month to solve the problem they createdPlease let me know if you need any further information

Skyroam Inc had promotion to give consumers 40% discount when consumers purchased 20+ date passes for the Wifi hot spot devices during Thanksgiving holiday weekendWhen I initialed the purchases online on 11/26/2017, there was not any option that I can apply the discountI later called and talked to their customer services three timesEvery time, the agent told me I should receive the credit shortly during that weekUp to today as 12/14/2017, I have not received the creditI truly believe this company does not want to return my creditI have already open an dispute case with my credit card companyHopefully I will receive my credit soonI do not recommend Skyroam Inc to other consumers
