damage analyzed. If the coat comes back from the analysis stating that we (Concord Custom Cleaners) damaged the garment during the cleaning process then we will purchase Mr. [redacted] a new coat. However, if the damage is attributed to insect damage we will not purchase Mr. [redacted] a new coat because the damage was not due to our handling and/or normal cleaning procedures. We will need Mr. Potts to bring the coat back in to us so we can send it for this analysis.
