Review: I contracted Garrison Roofing to install a new roof at my residence. After the first rain storm the roof still leaked. I informed [redacted] via email that the roof is still leaking. He told me that someone will be out to take a look, later that day I asked if anyone was out to loo and he said his brother came out and made repairs. A few days later after more rain the roof still leaked, called and he assured me that someone will be out again to make repairs. I actually hired Garrison roofing to do a small job on my garage roof and while the guys where there working I should the brother what was happening and the damage that the rain was causing. He assured me once again that he would look into the issue and make repairs (again). Well of course the roof still leaked, I called and left countless voicemails and emails with pictures of the damage. I haven't heard from them in weeks...almost 2 months. I finally got a hold of someone in there office and explained to her the issue, she assured me that she would get this resolved but nothing happened. I've sent about 10 emails with pictures to the office and to Robert. I took a chance yesterday (8/2/13) and called and spoke with Robert, he assured me that he would have someone at my home Sunday morning (8/4/13) no one should up, I called, left voicemails and emailed. Enough is enough!!! I told them that I would be reporting them and gave them numerous chances to make this right.Desired Settlement: I really just want my roof repaired the way it should've been the first time. I want them to fix the leak and fix the damage the water has caused as this couldve been avoided if they would've fixed this when I first told them about the issue.

Review: On June 24, 2011 I had replaced/restored my family's home roof which also contributed to water leaking in my oldest daughter bedroom located at [redacted], PA [redacted] by Garrsion Roofing, [redacted], PA [redacted]. Total cost $2,600 for new foundation was paid along with receiving a 15yr warranty from Garrison Roofing regarding confidence in their work. Unfortunately, our home roof began to leaking water again in my oldest daughter bedroom June 2014. My husband phoned Garrions Roofing several times before anyone would answer (2weeks) before a return call regarding our findings and repair. On June 20, 2014 (2) men came to my home from Garrsion Roofing to access the roof all of 10mins. Garrison Roofing emailed my husband [redacted] with a proposal of $675.00 for patch up work not honoring their 15yr warranty in anyway. My husband has called and called emailed Garrison Roofing in explaining to us why are we being charged and what about your 15yr warranty that we have in our possesion. No one will talk to us. We have since had as of August 10th 2014 a second opinion on the cost of the roof patch up work which adjuster stated no more than $100 at the most it should cost. We desparately need your help in solving this matter.Desired Settlement: We desire Garrison Roofing to honor their 15Yr warranty by providing service to our home roof (patch up work) to [redacted]. Review: I found Garrison Roofing on [redacted] so I thought it would be a reputable company. My roof was repaired July 16, 2013 and it began leaking again in July 2014. I left several messages on their answering machine with no return calls. If you need a leaking roof repaired DO NOT USE GARRISON ROOFING.Desired Settlement: -Install new Modified Bitumen, heat-welded rubber roof system to entire roof surface.-Install new Modified Bitumen, heat-welded rubber to all parapet and rising walls.-All potential water penetrations shall receive new 3 course roof cement and membrane application.-Install new .019 aluminum metal around the perimeter of the roof.*All debris shall be removed from Garrison Roofing LLC.*Above shall be performed in accordance with Manufacturers written instructions and specification.
