Absolutely the best customer service hands down! I ordered a steaming device from them it arrived two days later and two months later I ordered more of their products. Because of them I cut my cable bill 100 percent. They are a little more expensive then their competitors but the quality of their products can't be beat by anyone. Their steaming device was voted number 1 on many websites. Everything you need comes pre-downloaded unlike any of their competitors products which can be difficult to do. Hands down the best devices in the business and worth doing business with. I will be a customer for life. I've gotten 13 people to buy their products and not one has anything negative to say about the steaming device or customer service.
