Review: [redacted] or [redacted]( said owner of company) I have copy of paper work showing Skytec Security & Automation, [redacted] phone ###-###-####. Drafted, $ 308.99 from my credit card on 12/10/2013, service did not start until 12/18/2013 and was not completed. I did talk to Mr. [redacted], the evening of the install. Because, it was taking over 2 hours (total about 4 and half). Mr. [redacted], assured me that they would take care of anything I wanted or needed. It has now been a month since original service date. My monitoring was cut off on 1/06/2014. So no one is monitoring my home. Company is stalling to refund my money and take out equipment from my residence. The number listed above is a cell phone. Also, using Network Referral Systems, LLC.Desired Settlement: To have my money back today. And to list this Owner [redacted] or [redacted]s. I don't know what he goes by because I was not able to locate him.
