Love this place so much
I bought a Chronos about 2 months ago and only took 2 weeks to get here but for me felt like forever because I was so excited to get the PC and it works so well and I am currently using it to write this review. Every day my friends always ask to be what would be a good place to get a PC and say to go to Skytech website. Yea the prices are kind of high, but they are worth it and they have lots of sales and coupons at checkout to make the price lower than what it says. I recommend this company to get a PC literally don't mind the bad reviews on the pages it is a lot better than you think. When you're looking on Walmart or Amazon, they either lie about components or just don't even know what components are even in there and price way too high for something that is complete trash.

They live stream your build coolest thing ever

Ordered a pc April 27 - today is May 25 still no PC and nobody will answer their phones, and no response on messages left at website get responded to. DON'T ORDER until you can call them and talk to a human. Even if to just say hello. Very sketchy place. I had to go through Visa credit card fraud to start a refund process. Ibuycomputer.com is much better.

Purchased a PC from them. Showed up damaged. As of 2 week ago the PC has completely stopped working. I have emailed, called, customer support messaged them repeatedly for 2 weeks now with NO reply!

I purchased a PC from skytech gaming and have received nothing but top quality! Skytech puts time and quality into building their pc's and my pc says just that.

According to the company website, orders placed can experience a maximum processing time of 6-12 business days. I placed an order for a $2504.10 computer on 26Dec2019. Today is 22Jan2020, which is one day short of a month since I placed the order. I have emailed Skytech customer service 3 times, left 2 voicemails, and called their support number ~30 times over the course of 5 business days. I received no response from the messages and every phonecall went to voicemail. I was finally able to reach a representative in Live-Chat, but they were unable to give me an estimated shipping timeline or expected delivery date. After further complaint, Skytech created a shipping label on 21Jan2020 with the promise that order 20014 would ship that day, expedited to compensate me for the inconveniences, but did not ship, and continued to not ship on the following day. Customer service contacted me, again, on 22Jan to report that the shipment would be subject to an undefined delay because of construction work on their warehouse.

I received the PC and it had a foot under the case missing it only had three instead of four. I filed a case for that and they sent the wrong one to me. Also the PC shutdown unexpectedly twice. Almost impossible to contact support, they have a toll free number but never answer. The only way I have gotten any response it to complain on Facebook. They have remoted in twice but find little and they were supposed to send me an rma to replace the graphics card which they have not done. I also have not received the case foot which they told me more than once they would send me. Extremely poor customer support for a $900.00 plus PC and not recommended.

I purchased a computer from Skytech Gaming and have been unable to get any audio to work. I have tried contacting customer service/tech support and have yet to get a hold of anyone or even get a reply. Don't expect to get any assistance when the computer you purchased through them doesn't work.

I recently purchased a new computer for $1619.99, and it did not work. It was returned to Skytech to be repaired. They returned it, and it still did not work. We requested a refund, but only received 1328.39. I am still owed $291.60. I contacted Amazon who could not resolve the issue, and then contacted SkyTech directly. They said the $291.60 was a restocking and shipping fee and the computer worked. It did not. We had to pay shipping costs twice to return the computer which did not work. The second time we contacted customer support and said the computer did not work, they requested a phone number and we never were contacted by anyone for the company.
