I purchased a SKYTEX 10s touch tablet from [redacted] through [redacted] and was greatly disappointed by all 3 companies when the devise LCD went bad after only @ 60 days and did no longer react to the touch. Because the 30 day return policy of the selling company listed above ( and now I know why they only offer 30 days) had passed, they are leaving me (holding the bag) and will not help. SKYTEX should be put out of business because they do not answer any phone calls ever ( all mail boxes full, so no voice mail possible ) which I have been trying to do off and on since May 2016. They do not answer any emails either, so no RMA is possible.
DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THE COMPANIES LISTED ABOVE !!!
