The first coupon code specifically stated "this discount includes all trampoline parts of any shape, size, or color including mini... trampolines." The second coupon code stated "for all product discounts (except parts) use the coupon code "SHARETHELOVE". It then listed the actual products the coupon applied to. It did not apply to the Olympic size trampoline. The customer obviously thought the second coupon applied to all Skywalker trampolines. Again, this could have been clearer. Happy customers and safe products are the company's top priorities. Since there was a misunderstanding, the company is willing to sell the Olympic size trampoline to the customer at 25% off. We have contacted the customer and informed her of our decision. She said she had already purchased the Olympic size unit at the regular price, so we told her we would refund the difference between the regular price and the discounted price to her. She seemed very happy that the issue was resolved amicably.
We are sorry to hear of the customer's issue. We have spoken with the customer and sent her a new jump mat even though the product is out of warranty. The customer is pleased with our prompt response. We believe this has resolved the issue. Customer
