Darryl and his crew replaced my roof this past May I am very pleased with the result Darryl showed up when he said he would, and completed the job within the agreed timeframe His crew was pleasant and professional, and went out of their way several times to make sure I was happy with their workDue to the repairs to the roof, minor damage occurred to the ceiling in the upstairs rooms When I contacted Deborah, she quickly put me in touch with a painter Mike repaired the minor damage, again taking care that I was satisfied with the workI am a very satisfied customer!

To Whom It May Concern: We did the roof at [redacted] in July 2016 for [redacted]. [redacted] was at home at the time we started the job. Before the job was started we told him he needed to have his gutter helmet removed.  This was not done before we started the...

job and the day of job start up  we told him he needed to remove the gutter guard and he told us to take it off the back of the house ourselves.  After we took the guard straps off some of the straps were bent, so he told us he would take the guard off the rest of his house himself.  We told him we had a  gutter contractor  who does all our gutters, and he could come back to his house and replace the gutter guard straps on the back of the house where they were bent for $300.00 (we contacted our licensed and insured gutter installer and he gave us a price which we gave to [redacted]) and it would be as good as new. We completed the job and he was satisfied with the roof and paid us.Approximately a month later [redacted] called us and we DID answer every one of his calls but he was very difficult to contact and return calls to. We left voice mails on his cell phone repeatedly. When we did contact him, he told us he wanted all new gutter helmet and guards on his entire house and he wanted to change the color of his gutter guard and the cost would be $2300.00 for his entire house.  We told him we had agreed to pay for the repair of $300.00 for the bent guards at the time the roofing job was completed and now he wanted us to pay half of the $2300.00 which was $1100.00, when we had agreed on the $300.00.Not only did we return every call he made to us, and were unable to connect many times, but we made an agreement with him on job site regarding the bent guards and he accepted this agreement at time of job completion.  He was adamant we pay for brand new gutter helmet and a new color helmet, when the repair would have brought his property to its original state and receiving something new for something old is unethical and unfair. We sent his the $300.00 in good faith and he threatened the owner at the store when they ran into each other that he wanted us to pay for entirely new gutter helmet and a new color helmet on his entire house. [redacted] was unreasonable and we paid for the repaired gutter guards in good faith.
