Review: We have several of their iPhone games that we have been playing for years. We have been able to put scores on their global scoreboard all along and enjoyed doing so. We liked to complete against others and it was a fun part of our day. About 2-3 months ago, the problem started where we were no longer able to log in to their global scoreboard to put in our scores. All we ever get when we try to log in is an error message. The really aggravating part of all this is that you cannot get a hold of the company to ask for support. Their email contact does not work, every time we try to call their phone number we can never get through and we've even written them a letter asking to contact us via email and they NEVER respond. I would like to report this company as being non supportive to their customers who have paid full price for all these games. My wife and I each have 12 of their games on our iPhones. I even tried to uninstall and re-install one of the games on my phone, and now the game won't even play! We both would like to have this issue fixed or get refunds for these games. How can a company be so unresponsive!!Desired Settlement: Our preference is to have the company resolve this matter so that we can truly enjoy all the features of the games we paid for. If they can't do this, then we would like a refund for all these Skyworks games we purchased.
