Review: [redacted] issued a ticket for me for travel of [redacted] to the USA. I wrote a check and delivered to him personally. Then, [redacted] wanted his ticket changed so we requested change. [redacted] could not make a change so he requested to issue another ticket and he will refund this ticket. The ticket was refundable and canceled. The trip was canceled from Skyworld travel. This happened in October and I was supposed to receive refund in 30-60 days. When I did not receive the refund, I made several calls and sent many emails asking why I had not received the refund. After a while, [redacted] responded saying he will refund but I still have not seen the refund promised of $2,380.Desired Settlement: I would like the money refunded to me in a form of Cashiers Check or Money Order.
