Company installed my sprinkler system. They did a horrible job and did not come back to finish what they started.
SKZ explained in their contract what they were going to do with my lawn and how they were going to spread the heads of the sprinkler system to water my lawn. They did not do a proper job and did not have the right amount of heads and did not position them properly enough to cover my lawn. They also promised in their contract that they would winterize my lawn. "Free first year winterizing." I had to hire another company to reposition and add heads to my lawn to make it a working sprinkler system. I had to hire another company to winterize my lawn. I am disgusted with this company. I phoned them literally 50 times or more to come out to my house, left messages and never heard back.
They should reimburse me for what I had to pay the other company to come out and fix their mistakes. They should also reimburse me for winterization which was promised in their contract. (I have a copy)
