The cracks on the floor and the none leveling of the floor in the master bath are all issues that have resulted in the master bath flooring floor to be removed and have another mason do the job the way it should have been done When a customer is not satisfied with a job The company should not ignore customers phone calls and tell you there work is not guaranteed in a complaint to the Revdex.comThe mason who redid the work to fix the bathroom problem called after a couple of days to see how the work looked and came out to the house again to make sure his work looked and cured correctly and said if there is any cracking in the next couple of weeks to let him know and he will and stand behind his work I would never hire someone who doesn't stand by there work This is not a good response from the company I would recommend no one hire this company

This job was closely watched over by the home owner every floor patch and ramp was done by his specs. And all the patch work is being covered by a floating wood floor the concrete patch work was to be kept moist by home owner so shrinkage cracks would not happen.  All work and finishes were...

approved by home owner before he paid me.  Shrinkage cracks just need to be sponged with a little cement they are not structural.  There are no guarantees on concrete cracking.

We had S&L come to our home in the autumn to replace part of a sidewalk and do some foundation work. Both jobs were preformed efficiently and at reasonable cost. The sidewalk cracked several after a tough winter, and they came came out (after repeated phone calls) to repair it. Two weeks later the crack reappeared. Repeated messages requesting them to make the fix permanent have not been returned. I would not recommend them and will not have them do any more work for us.
