Review: They did not correct my tax problem as they stated that they will take care of it . They cannot be found to answer questions regarding my tax matter and I was told that they can only help me out during tax time in January , which is unacceptable because the IRS are asking me question of my there are errors on my taxes . I paid them $800 to do my tax return and now they cannot be found to answer my questions they left it to a third party which I refuse to talk to because they didn't do my taxes . [redacted] was the one who prepared my taxes . The address of the SL tax center that I went to was located on [redacted] and [redacted]. I now have to pay the IRS money because of there mistakes which is unfair .Desired Settlement: I would like my money back asap.
