We have agreed to come back to rectify the small 1/4” trip, however due to the slab binding at the crack we would need to saw cut the crack to allow it to raise without lifting the other portion of the slabThis is a common problem that should not necessitate a complaintThe crew can be back to
complete the work as I told you just as soon as we have dry weather since we are also caulking the crackWe had planned on taking care of the small issue when the additional work was completed as mentioned in my correspondence to you and you had not been billed for the work since we had not yet completed the work

While I am accepting the response of the business I do want to clarify a few points:1) The option to cut the slab had not been originally proposed, and was also not mentioned when the onsite inspection occurred.  It had only been proposed via email when I was questioning next steps and in a way originally that raised concerns this was out of the ordinary work.2) We have agreed to conduct the repair in advance of the onsite fill work for the crack as the driveway is now pooling water during inclement weather.  However as I write this, the work has not been completed and when it is, if not done to my satisfaction I will reopen this issue.3) I have received a bill, I actually received a bill the very first day the work was completed.  I have not yet paid the invoice and am awaiting the repair to further raise the slab before I make any payment to the vendor.4) Following this repair another day will be required to complete the final fill.  This job has resulted in multiple visits... adjustments to scheduling to allow someone onsite for the work.[redacted]
