I am rejecting this response because:I still don't see any response to the questions that I outlined on my initial complainThese are the same questions that was sent to *** on email but there was no response. HERE IS THE RESPONSE TO 1ST PARAGRAPH FROM SLADE GLASS: Attached email and text message clearly outlines when installer arrived at home and my meetings with himIf extra evidence is needed on arrival time I have home surveillance videoI want be clear that above “sagging” reference made by Slade glass is the window on 2nd level that was serviced by the Slade glass in It has nothing to do with recent proposal *** and its agreement that outlines main floor glass replacement for windows. HERE IS THE RESPONSE TO 2ND PARAGRAPH FROM SLADE GLASS:Again, attached email clarifies that Slade glass didn’t find any issues on main floor windows that company agreed to replace glass then took payment per measurement, scheduled time for installationIt also outlines that *** agreed to send installer back again by October 6.

Good Afternoon,Good Afternoon,On the afternoon of Oct 4th, 2017, our installer went out to *** ***’s residence*** *** was given an arrival window of between 12-2, and our installer arrived at 1: He was met at the house by ** ***’s father, and was told that he would have to wait for
*** *** to arrive prior to starting any work. *** *** arrived approximate minutes later and pointed out to our installer a window that was “sagging” and that had what we believe to be interior wood rot and water damages. *** *** has *** *** which are notorious for allowing water leakage into the walls which can cause internal rotting of the framing and sheathingWe have attached a link to the class action lawsuit that occurred in that dealt with this issue***. Once *** *** pointed out the issues that he is already having, our installer was concerned about moving forward with the project. He came back to the office and expressed his concerns about the water damage and we decided that it would be best if *** *** hired a contractor or carpenter to deal with the water issues, since that is not a service that Slade Glass provides. We spoke with *** *** at length expressing our concerns about moving forward with the project and he was unhappy that we would not install glass into openings that we fear are compromised. We refunded his deposit in full on Oct 3rd and have told him that we will not be able to move forward with his project. There have been several conversations with multiple representatives of Slade Glass Co, and during every conversation, we believe that we have adequately communicated that due to the existing conditions at his home (that he pointed out to our installers), we do not feel comfortable moving ahead with work at his home. Unfortunately, *** *** seems to have a much different perception and recollection of our conversations Thank you for your time.Slade Glass Co
