[redacted] [redacted] Revdex.com c/o Ms [redacted] Dispute Resolution Team leader Euclid Ave., 4th Floor Cleveland, Ohio - Dear [redacted] ***, Thank you for your prompt letter regarding the *** [redacted] s complaint ID [redacted] I am enclosing my response letter to Ms [redacted] 's issuesAs you can see, I responded to Ms [redacted] 's letter thoroughly and in good faithI understand that we both have issues dealing with her condominium projectI was more than willing to take care of issues dealing with our original proposal; however there was a problem with the original funding agreementThis is spelled out on the original proposal enclosedMs [redacted] 's contacted me to take care of a few items then canceled the touch upShe then called back and said there was at least two hoursThis puzzled me because I could not figure out why there could possibly be two hoursThis is explained in my enclosed response to Ms [redacted] sMy main issues are that we were not paid according to our agreement and that we did several items at no extra charge to herIf I would have known that I would be shorted payment after we had started, I never would have done any free workI hope this helps to explain my position on this issueI also hope this will take the black mark off my reputationI have been in business since and have never had one complaint to the Revdex.comThank you for your valuable time to consider my positionSincerely, Lee P [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.At this point he has refused to take responsibility on this matter, therefore my position on this issue remains, he did NOT complete the job Furthermore, he has made untruthful statements - I will be contemplating taking him to small claims court They will be able to tell me if there is a history of defaults with this business ownerThe guy has no integrity and actually made the person who recommended him look "really bad" The complain should remain and publicize to other consumers Regards, [redacted]

Company responded by phone 5/20/16-nkmMrLee states that he stands by his last response to the complaint and feels that he had not done anything but try to be helpful to the consumer

[redacted]s complaint ID [redacted]. I am enclosing my response letter to Ms. [redacted]'s issues. As you can see, I responded to Ms. [redacted]'s letter thoroughly and in good faith. I understand that we both have issues dealing with her condominium project.
