This company is not a real businessThey never actually shipped product and notwithstanding their undertaking to refund payment - they failed to do soThey don't have any live agents to answer telephone calls and don't even answer emailsFrankly astounding that they are even in "business."

This is not a reputable company. Did not return any of my calls. Did not respond to any emails until I filed a dispute with PayPal
Got an email only after finding and calling the direct number instead of 800 number saying they were checking on it. But actually called the supplier and they said an order was never placed. I received the least expensive item and it was dirty so obviously used. Do not do business with this company.
I ordered two golf towels and a golf tee bag from Slam Glam on July 2, 2016. I received the golf tee bag but have never received the two golf towels, which were about $35.00 for the two. I have called and left a message with this company. I have emailed them numerous times and have received no response whatsoever. They charged my credit card and I have not received the merchandise or any indication that I ever will. It is coming up on 3 months since I ordered, since it is the end of September. I think this is outrageous. I will have to get with my credit card company and try to get a refund from them, although the bill was paid long ago, as I don't carry balances on my credit cards. Someone should do something about this company's lack of contact and what I consider theft of my funds.
