I purchased a [redacted] that was honored and thought I'd built a nice rapport with my stylist as I am new to the area and was looking for a regular place to have my hair done Showed her a picture, great conversation She took her time giving me a cut No complaintsWhen done I felt it a little heavy on the sides and we even discussed it a bit Told [redacted] I would play with it a few days and if I needed more off I could come backThat's why my otherwise nice experience went south I called to make a follow up appointment and they said it would be an extra charge, just three days later I was also accused of taking tools out of [redacted] 's hands I DID use the flat iron to touch up the top - but I in no way, would never take something from someones hands - ESPECIALLY since they're working on my hair! The front desk person is abrupt - not only in handling my follow up call, but calling to tell me I could come in earlierThis place is a "wanna-be" high end shop - they have a LOT of growing up to do I believe in building a relationship with my stylist and going back for years and sending friends to someone you trust with your hair I believe a business should stand by their workIf you're of the same opinion this is NOT the salon for you!

The owner of this place is mentally rded. The reason why he put his business on Groupon is to ATTRACT NEW CUSTOMERS!!! And because it's discounted, he charged me extra for the services that were supposed to be included in the Groupon package. If you don't like getting paid $45 for your $150 service, then don't put your business on Groupon!!

I was not adequately informed about the services provided and was charged additional fees. I was also not satisfied with the coloring of my hair and was turned away without reconciliation. Very disappointed with their customer service.
