Michael Z*** is the owner of *** *** *** He sold me a house to be built by *** *** in NJ The house was to be completed in June, It is now November, and the house is still not completed and I can't get a schedule of completion The seller has used the excuse that delays are due to the township, but Arya can tell you that the seller has been delinquent in paying them, so they have stopped building (for long periods of time) I have incurred multiple loan extension fees
