I do, however, want to make a note that the employee that I was dealing with, [redacted] was extremely unprofessional. After speaking to the Regional Manager [redacted], I was informed of an entirely different story that she told. The wire support was never found and Slater-White Cleaners at the Stone Oak location has sent my dress to their talor to have it replicated. It would not be a smart business move to allow this woman to continue to work as the manager of their TPC location. I, along with many of my neighbors and friends will not be bringing our clothes to this location as long as this woman is still working there.
