I took my [redacted] in for treatment and my husband later found that they had only applied product to visible portions of car, roughly 10-20% of the car but offered no price adjustment for the reduced time or material usedI as told by owner that they do not spray protective underpan, but a company representative indicated they are to spray through the weeping holes as they do through the holes they drill in the carThis clearly was not done contrary to company policyClearly visible areas were sprayed, the more difficult to observe areas were not sprayedI stopped to visit the owner, but no response and no return call despite assurances I would be contacted the next dayI did receive a call from the head office but he deferred it to the ownerWhen the owner was finally contacted, he blamed it on miscommunication with the female employee on the front desk, and myselfUnfortunately, I was dealing directly with the owner, not an employee so the owner is clearly trying to cover
