I contacted this company after experiencing water damage in my homeThey came and promised to take pictures of all of the items in my home that they would take to storageWhen the shotty work was "finished" and it was time to bring back my furniture they had no idea where any of it wentThey also scratched almost every single piece of furnitureThey promised to put my home back to the way it was before the water damage and I have had to since hire an external contractor now that they are completely out of my home to fix all of their mistakesThe manager *** *** will continuously lie about every aspect of his workHe also will never show up on sightHe will also most likely allow convicted felons into your home and they will help themselves to your precious valuablesBEWARE!! I have never been more disgusted with a company
They claimed on the telephone it would be for the blowers and dehumidiers needed to restore the carpet They do not show up when they say they will And our bill detailed hours of after hours care after they told us they were to arrive in the afternoon Only two of the workers were needed when three showed up did a horrible job with the initial extraction Our basement was still virtually flooded by the time they left I told the project manager I want them to pull out the dryers and equipment because all I could pay was After the extraction teem left, we found a whole in our basement door They never came on time during the whole process I helped with the cleaning moving furniture I ended up having to pay a carpet service to have my corner carpet installed They never showed up the entire weekend to move the blowers or dehumidifiers Very unprofessional, I would not recommend their service in the future
