Placed an order and I was sent confirmation that a shipping label was created that was on 5/19/20. I have not been able to track it since they never shipped it. I called the customer service number 18557372678, number is no longer in service. I have emailed them numerous times and have not received any response. Very unhappy, can't get my item and can't get a refund
