This company tells a customer they will be out to their residence on a certain day, and when they can't make it they don't call to inform the customer so the customer is left waiting and wondering My first appointment with Slaymaker was delayed because they didn't have a tech available to come outWhy did they schedule an appointment then if there wasn't a tech available? The second appointment is working out in the same wayThis appointment is for them to fix our aerator that was working before their last service call but isn't now Their call back reliability is poor, and that's putting it nicelyDon't recommend this companyAlso they charged us more than was quoted for the jobThey worked for only hours, so it wasn't because of additional labor costs Also they didn't clean up the concrete mess in out basement One of our dogs almost ingested some of that concrete mess
