I am responding  to [redacted]’s response.  In her first paragraph she contradicted herself. She first said “THEY DID NOT SHOW UP ON FEB. 18TH”, but in the next sentence she says “My driveway was not plowed, AT ALL” then  says  “I don’t actually know who plowed my drive at 6:30 p.m. on FEB. 18th”. In her comment she even acknowledges that we were there, she claims she “doesn’t know” who plowed it, so how can she say we were not there when we were. We were the ones who plowed her driveway, just like all of our customers that day that were plowed. It was a huge bad snow storm, inches were falling down by the hour and we can only go so fast and to every customer as fast as possible. Every Snow Plower has a certain route that they take each time they plow to ensure every customer is taken care. I cannot sit outside of someone’s driveway and wait for snow to fall, I have other clients that I have to attend to. SHE DID SIGN A CONTRACT STATING 2 TIMES IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD AND THAT WAS UPHELD. In the contract it also states during heavy snow fall and day time plows to allow additional time to our completion times, Which she acknowledged when she signed the contract.
In her second paragraph she claims she had 4” inches of snow in her driveway on March 12th, and her car got stuck in her apron. When I went to her home, her car was not in the drive nor were there any tire marks in her driveway. She was also plowed on that day, I cannot help it if city plows go past her home and snow gets pushed on her apron. When she called me, I told her I was in route plowing other homes and I would be to her house as fast as I can, she demanded a time and I told her as fast as I can get there, I will. She proceeded to scream at me on the phone while I was out plowing and all I could do is apologize, that wasn’t good enough for her.
Why would I tell a client ”There is nothing I can do about that now” and aggravate an obviously unhappy client to make matters worse.   I can only go so fast when so many cars are on the road. In her last couple sentences she says “but when he wouldn’t answer my calls or respond to my calls, I felt that he was ignoring the problem”, in her second paragraph she acknowledges talking to me?! I spoke to her, she was just unhappy with me not being able to give a specified time that I would be there. I’m not going to by pass my other clients who also need to be plowed, that is unfair to them.  Also stating I’m a liar is offensive. She says she didn’t speak to me, then says she did.   We went out over 40 times. We lost money.  Unfortunantley some clients are not understanding and cannot be pleased. We were not in over our head and I don’t refuse to deal with things. How can you take a person to small claims court when the driveway was plowed. Maybe not at that exact moment that you would have liked because we do have other clients, but it was upheld. Our end of the contract was upheld. There is a certain route that each plower takes to make sure every client is taken care of. I understand this might be frustrating to Mrs. [redacted], but the contract was fulfilled. We can only go so fast especially in horrible conditions like it was on Feb. 18th.

Company's Response by telephone/Revdex.com staff/** -- Mr. Ryan from the business disagrees with the consumer's complaint.   The contract states blowing & drifting is not consider snow falling and will be clean up as needed.  This was explained to the consumer and she was not ratified....

Company has been to the home approximately 36 times during the season and the consumer was advised they would return after finishing their route.   When they did return, consumer had someone else to clean out the drive.    Company continued per their contract from that incident honoring their contact at the consumer's home.   Company states they must decline any free fertilizing the lawn for the up coming spring season, which would be a totally new contract for services.

Attached is a copy of the company's contact concerning drifting & blowing snow.

1). The business owner not only lied in his response, but is linking the (2) two incidents together, as one.  ON FEBRUARY 18, 2014, my driveway was not plowed, AT ALL.  And I could not get out of my drive with 1', 1 1/2', and up to 2' of snow.  It was not plowed in the middle of the night, that morning, that afternoon, or that evening.  NOT AT ALL.  They would not take my calls, nor did they return my calls, or text me.  THIS WAS FEBRUARY 18TH.  The blowing and drifting just caused the snow to rise from 1' (ft.) to 1 1/2 and 2'(ft). of snow.  CHECK THE WEATHER REPORTS.  You will see it was a large (massive) snowstorm.  He never showed up.  I paid the contract fee for Dec2013 thru APRIL 1, 2014.  It doesn't matter how many times they came out.  I HAD A CONTRACT.  THEY DID NOT SHOW UP ON FEB. 18TH and I missed a day of work.  I don't actually know who plowed my drive at 6:30p.m. on FEB. 18TH.
2).  My second incident with them was on March 12th, when I had over 4" of snow and my car got stuck in the apron and went off the drive, as I tried to bulldoze my way up the drive through the snow.  When I called him, he denied the FEB. 18th incident, then said, "WELL, THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT THAT NOW".  "I will call you tonite, when I am close to your house"      HE NEVER CALLED.  I HAD TO DIG MYSELF OUT AND WAIT FOR PASSERBY'S TO HELP ME PUSH MY CAR OUT OF THE YARD.   HE showed up at 12:30a.m. (that's after midnight on Wed. morn 3/13/14.
Please help me settle this matter.  I didn't expect him to help with the grass.  Fertilizing may be out, but he should help fix the area that is damaged from my car being stuck in the yard.  I understand it was a very bad winter; but when he wouldn't answer my calls or respond to my calls, I felt that he was just ignoring the problem.  He was in over his head and just refused to deal with it.  He handled this very badly.  I will file a small claim against him now, since he has LIED to you and refuses to take responsibility.
