How is someone supposed to schedule a procedure?I paid them over months ago and have gotten co-operation: they don't wish to refund, they don't wish to schedule me (when I did get a hold of the "specialist" he said he was busy he couldn't schedule me)How is this place still in business and why is no one doing anything!?? Here are the answers to Ms ***’s concerns once again1.Promotional packages are not refundable as it clearly states on the signed receipt At the time of the consultation, body parts are full explained All phone calls are answered by a dedicated clerk Ms *** can schedule her appointment at any time Ms *** will not get a refund

I tried without resolve to receive refund for package that I was only able to use half of. I had to cancel one appointment and was told there was NO other appointments so my treatment would not be finished in 6 treatments. I was told I would have to pay for additional treatments. I feel as th[redacted] the practice is absolutely a scam. I paid $600 up front for a laser package, and was only able to use 3 treatments. I asked nicely to get half of my money back. The owner is rud[redacted]d**ccused me of missing an appointment for July 1, which I did not miss. I called because I had a work emergency. The fact that she is accusing me of lying is absolutely not how to run a business. On top of all of this, the practice is a dirty mess. I never should have went back for treatments two or three. I have never seen any sort of medical grade wipes at this facility, nor did I see any clean razors used for shaving before hand (luckily these were not used on me). I honestly feel as though this is an health and sanitary issue as someone probably can get sick. This laser is going from different body parts on different people and all she uses is alcohol to "clean". It is definitely not sanitary. I do not know how or what to do from here since I have had no luck with this facility or the owner. I need help please to resolve my issue. I just want to cut my ties with this horrid place and would like to think its not unreasonable to ask for at least half my money back.Desired SettlementI would like a refund. Ms. [redacted] has been a client of sleek since [redacted] she bougt 3 packages from [redacted] a total of [redacted] a total of 6 treatments for full Brazilian, underarms and lip, she did 3 treatments for each body part. Every client after there treatment they are given there next apt. for 6 weeks. Ms [redacted] had her schedule apt for [redacted] for her next treatment, on [redacted] one hour befor her treatment she called and canceled that she had emergency. The policy for sleek which it's given to every client they sign a copy that is put in there file, and they get a copy for them. Which status the we must be given a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or they will be a charge of [redacted] Which I didn't charge her because she said it was emergency. Also on the policy also status there is NO REFUNDS ON ANY PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE INCLUDING ANY [redacted] AND [redacted] PURCHASE. Like I have stated she was given a copy and she signed my copy that is in her file. I can provide everything to you also it is noted on the appointment card and it's posted in the business. On top of this she made her other apt for august [redacted] at [redacted] 6 weeks ago when she cancelled her appointement on [redacted]. She called me on [redacted] stating that she can't make that apt. if I had anything this week I didn't have anything available I was over booked.. I provided the times and days, that I could see her this where the following dates and times [redacted] @3pm,4:30pm or [redacted] @11am or 5pm she never answered my call and didn't respond to the text message. She left me a nasty message to cancel her [redacted] appt. and requested her refund. I returned her called and explained the policy again. I am really sorry but I won't give her the refund, she will have the apt available to her when ever she wants to come.Also she is our of plave saying that my business is dirty I use dirty equipment. My business is very clean and we clean and wash everything at the end of every busiess day.. Everything is sanitize all over , I don't want to get sick .It's very sad that you provide a great service to someone and they turn around a bad mouth and lie about a business. She made zero attempt to make me the next appointment, yet when I made a complaint about it she "all of a sudden" had three openings. I do not understand how all of a sudden she now had three openings. I am upset that the quality of service was not what it should be for what money you pay. I thought maybe she would help me considering I would refer to her business. The fact that she cannot explain what sanitary products she uses to "sanitize" is unreasonable as well. I do not know what to do at this point. I will not be returning as a customer and feel it is unreasonable to not at least give me half of my money back if not all. This is not a fair matter. Maybe someone should check it out themselves. Not to mention the reviews everywhere else like yelp, etc.
