Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: ***, I can see that [redacted] will just argue with everything I say and make excuses [redacted] did not answer any of my questions! [redacted] seems to be oblivious to the situation here So unprofessional!! He is so disrespectful and not a man of honor and integrity!! Can you tell me why you don’t think you are responsible for your employee’s actions? Are you the owner or just an office manager?? I don’t care where [redacted] is now [redacted] is still responsible! Why did he even do the Groupon if he is only going to whine about it?? Don’t complain to me that you lost money-not my problem I I bought treatments [redacted] gave me Ultherapy She never said it cost more! [redacted] said she knew it didn’t work Therefore giving me the Free COShe told me to make the other treatments at the Greenwood Village location I still have not received the rest of my file after so many calls and emailsThis business does not deserve an A+ rating at the Revdex.com!! Please everyone that reads this---go to Yelp and look at Laser Magic for ½ stars out of 5; from reviews!! This is the worst customer service I have ever seenSo much for the customer is always right I do wonder what ***’s credentials are to run a cosmetic businessIt is clear that customer service is not his best asset It feels as if [redacted] has no understanding of this field and is really not qualified to be in this business ***’s experience seems to be in the financial business [redacted] clearly does not have an understanding of how to treat customersHe might make a good used car salesman .I am not impressed with [redacted] and his responsesAgain, lack of respect and integrity!! Why should I pay for a treatment when the manager of the place said she knew it didn’t work???? I am not asking for anything free I did not get what I paid for!! I believe $is due to me nowI could ask for more money due to pain and suffering for all the time I have spent on this craziness! To whom it may concern:This is obviously buyers remorse! *** purchased a pack of Microderms from Groupon She had one performed and then wanted to get Ultherapy done instead We applied the credit of the microderms to the price of the Ultherapy and also gave her a greatly
discounted price This procedure was performed on April 17th by *** Moreno an experienced licensed Esthetician who was experienced at this procedure *** paid $via Care Credit and was given extra lines on her neck and left cheek for free This procedure would normally cost around $ *** then called at a later date saying that she was not satisfied with the results We gave her a CoFractional at NO CHARGE on November 5th We had another Esthetician in watching this procedure for training purposes but the person actually doing the procedure was experienced at performing CoFractionals There is some slight bleeding from this procedure and *** was made aware that this is completely normal *** has since stated that she received no results and wanted to set up a meeting She was supposed to meet with *** *** who was an office manager but has never been an owner I was never to attend that meeting *** ended up in the hospital on that day that she was supposed to meet with *** which is the reason for her not appearing at that meeting *** has never been a guinea pig as she keeps stating and was treated very well and given procedures at very discounted rates and additional procedures for free when she was not satisfied I did state to *** that no medical procedure is guaranteed and that I could offer her a couple free Micro-needling procedures to help get her the desired results but she is obviously just wanting to get everything for free and take advantage of our courteous nature As you can see we have an excellent record with the Revdex.com and have treated thousands of patients over the last years.Please let me know if you have any question.Thank you,*** ***MD Body & Med Spa

***'s Facts are completely incorrect as just unknowingly admitted to. She stated that she bought the microderms through Groupon and then states that there was no mention of any cost or upgrades and also stated that she received the Cofractional treatment for free So why is she insisting that she get the $refund?? As I mentioned the cost to do Ultherapy on someone for full face and neck is around $ *** received it for $which is greatly reduced It costs us about $every time that machine fires It has to fire about times to do a full face and neck so our cost alone is $not counting employee costs and overhead *** claims that she wants a refund for services that she did not receive but the facts are she DID receive the treatment as she has stated in her emails She may not be happy with the results but the services WERE received as well as other services that we provided at no additional charge.*** moved to Texas and no longer works for the company so I can't speak to any of the things that *** claims were said ***'s facts are not correct as I have shown above This is obviously buyers remorse and we have gone above and beyond to help get the results that *** is looking for.Please let me know if you need anything else.Thank you,*** ***MD Body & Med Spa
