Review: [redacted] performed a [redacted] on me September 2012 at Sleek Surgical Medspa and was suppose to have[redacted] at a later date. I paid in full - over $9,000. I saw [redacted] twice afterwards. When I went for my third visit I was told [redacted] left because his parents were ill and he had to leave the state. (I found out this was a lie. He is now working in NJ). Sleek Spa Medical also changed their name to Trasformare. I was told I didn't have an appointment that day (another lie) to call back later because [redacted] wasn't in today to make appointments. I called several times, all calls went to voicemail. I kept calling and got the answering service. I decided to make a visit and found the doors closed and the facility empty. I have had no after care services following my surgery to see how I am progressing and do not know where else to go for a follow up visit. I paid for a service that was never performed. I would like some of my money back. I was so upset over this incident I cried all the time and didn't want to speak of this. I couldn't believe I was so deceived by these people. This almost destroyed my marriage. Now it's June 2013 and I'm not happy with the [redacted] at all. I never got back the [redacted]. Also my [redacted]. What a horrible job.Desired Settlement: I would like at least $5000 back so I can find another doctor to repair my botched up surgery.

Review: I went to Sleek Surgical & MedSpa in NYC for a free consultation. I wanted to inquire about liposuction on the inner thighs. The sales representative kept pushing the fact that now was the time since they were having a big sale. I told the representative a [redacted] that if I did not qualify for their financial credit card they offered I would not get the procedure done. She kept pushing and pushing and said you will qualify they accept everyone. She then asked that I put down a $500.00 deposit. I was unease because I still did not know if I would qualify. She said she would check to see if I qualify later in the day but I first needed to leave the $500.00 deposit. I asked if she could check while I was still there and she kept giving excuses as to while it had to be done at the end of the day. She kept reassuring me that I would qualify and not to worry and just do it. So being naïve I did it. I figured she was the expert and knew what she was talking about. I find out later on that I did not qualify. I try contacting her to ask if I could get a refund or use the deposit for something else. I get no answer. I send numerous messages and nothing. Then a few months later I hear from a [redacted] who informs me that she is now taking over [redacted] clients. I explain to [redacted] that it was unprofessional for them not to contact me sooner. I then explain to her that I cannot afford the procedure and if I could use the $500.00 towards something else and she said that was fine. She said that they would have my balance on their system and I could use it whenever I wanted. She also said that there would be no time line as to when to use it. Since I could not get my refund back I was okay with using the deposit on something else. A few months later I go online so I can visit the Sleek Medspa website and see what I can use my $500.00 towards. Then I realize that I can’t find the website. I searched and searched to no avail. I figured they were probably updating it. I try emailing [redacted] but I get a failure message that it could not be sent. I tried calling the number and nothing. I did not know what to do or who to contact. I just found out that Sleek Surgical & MedSpa closed down!!! I started searching complaint websites and apparently they scammed other customers as well. They took their deposits and took off. I decided to contact the Revdex.com because I did not know what else to do. $500.00 is a lot of money and it is not right what they did to me and their other customers.Desired Settlement: At this point I want my money back. The people responsible for scamming everyone should have to pay. I read somewhere that the doctor who was in charge is now working in New Jersey. He will probably scam people there too. This needs to stop. Please help me. $500.00 is a lot of money. Even if it was $100. No one has the right to take the money we work so hard for especially when services are not rendered. Thank you.

Review: I purchase a Photo Facial & Chemical Peel Package for $ 1317.38 from a lady name Voula Electris . I went to two appointments and every time I tried to make an appointment they didn't have the times I need and when I did get the appointment that I wanted they would call me and say that my appointment was cancel, they would tell me that the tech. was out. This happened many times. The last time I try to make an appiontment the phone was out of service and I thought they had moved and I did more research and found out they had left with no warring at all. I would like to get my refund. I have my recipt that show what I paid. This doesn't come essay when you have to work hard for your money and someone runs with it. I would like to obtain some juctice and get my funded.Desired Settlement: I would like to obtain a full refund. I would like for people to beware of Businesses that smell fishy like Sleek & Medspa. If you get the run around to get an appointment and always get your appointment cancelled on you, be careful this is a sign that this business is trouble.
