Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this is entirely incorrect I purchased the product from one of sleekez's vendors on Amazon, the owner of this company told me suchMy story never changed the product did bdraw blood on my husband as well as damage my dogs coatI did terminate comunication with the company after I was told I would be sued due to my review on Amazon, as well as being verberaly assulted while on the phone with this individualSince our conversation the Amazon vendor has issued a full refund of the productI am still not satisfied with the end result as the customer services of this company tried to bully me and threaten me into removing a negative review of this productOther consumers deserve the right to know what COULD happen while using this product and I feel as though trying to use scare tactics to prevent this is a horrid practice and that this business seems to use the tactics regularly judging by the comments of others.Sincerely, [redacted]

This is an example of the harassing this customer continuesWe made suggestions to her via social media although we were unable to verify her purchaseShe and her husband then continued to contact us via social media She then filed a complaint with the Revdex.com with the request that we call herIt was not until after calling her on the phone that she now states out product cut her husband when he used it on his armShe stated that she merely wants to inform the public about the possibilities of our productWe do state to use the product with careIt is not meant to be used on humans and it works have to have been used with intention to cut and we do believe her husband cut himself intentionally with our product We have taken time to listen to her and told her that we would take her suggestionsOther then that, I do not know what else we can do for herWe did as she requested yet she is still unhappyAgain, we have not verified her purchase because she provided no proof of anything other than a statement We are finished responding to this individual as we have nothing further to offer to her continuing argument

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: First off no YOU can not see the photos on my Facebook page because my profile is privateIf you would like to see photos of my animals then just askSecond we discussed whom the product was purchased from and at that time you confirmed that this was indeed one of your vendorsAlso one of the first comments I made over the phone was the fact that this product CUT my husband I was unable to discuss this at an earlier time due to being blocked from previous discussionI would be more than happy to supply you with vet records just as soon as we receive a request from your lawyer and not be for thenI have at no time ever asked for money or free product EVER! I have simple wanted others to know what issues we had with this product and for you to maybe take some sort of responsibility for YOUR product and that there maybe some issues that you need to addrsssThis entire situation is out of hand and I do not apreishate the name calling not the harassment verbal abuse and threats of a lawysuiteI do not foresee this situation coming to any type of resolutionI find it insane the acusations being made considering that I stand to gain nothing from making all of this up once again I must point out the fact that I have NEVER not once asked for money not asked for product so to act like this is all just to get something for nothing is just pure crazinessI have only asked that maybe you look into the chance that you may need to issue some sort of recallIt is very clear to me that you are just looking for someone to blame other than yourselfSo as previously stated I will not remove the reviews previously posted it is my right as a consumer to write such a review on a public forum and was asked to do so by Amazon.com and you still feel as though that leaves you grounds for a lawsuit than I will be waiting for such in writing and as for my complaints of the horrid customer services this too is still true.Sincerely,*** ***

This individual did NOT purchase directly from us, and we have no way to verify she ordered our product.
 
She actually has been harassing us.  I did not include in the response, but she stated that after she was banned from our Facebook page that her husband used it on his arm. She is...

obviously malingering and baiting. Then she changed her story at the end of our phone call and stated from that it cut his arm hair to it cut arm and caused it to bleed.  Before she hung up with me on the phone she said that she was going to go public and warn people that it cut her husband's arm.
