Dear RevDex.com,This is in response to complaint ID [redacted] which was resolved on officially on 8/18/2016.In summary, the customer emailed us on 7/27/requesting to return (2) itemsOn 8/2/we issued her a RMAliCustomer sent returned items on 8/5/- [redacted] items arrived to our warehouse on 8/8/All returns take 2-weeks once receivedWe expedited her return and issued her credit on 8/18/Attached is a copy of her order, showing charge and refund as well as a copy of the Correspondence.Please let us know if there are any additional questions or concerns

I have questions about the authenticity of the products sold by this website, but that is due to my previous experiences with products having a different consistency and malfunctioning dispensers in most instances It seems odd to purchase from a company with no customer service call center to phone when there are questions about an order. I will consider this complaint resolved, but I will be quite careful placing orders in the future, and I will likely utilize other sources for my needs.

I placed a online order with them for some hair conditioner
on 11/4/2017
A red flag went up before I submitted my credit card information, but I gave this
company the benefit of a doubt since I use to order from them online through
Amazon.com. I checked my email as I normally do for confirmation, email said I
should receive my package within 3 or 5 business days. On 11/5/2017 I received
another email stating that the hair conditioner was not in stock and would take
about 4 weeks to have back in stock. So I emailed this company three times
to cancel this order. I did a credit card check to see if this company charged
my credit card and they did. So I called them and had to leave a message with
a answering machine I finally got someone to return my call and I explained the
situation and the receptionist told me the they don't charge the credit card until they
ship the item. I said what the hell are you talking about the product isnt even in stock
and your company swipe the credit card any. So we went back and forth and forth and back. I finally told her I will never do business with this company again. Very shady and underhanded business practice

I have been buying from Sleekhair for years without any problems. This year has been a nightmare. Now I am looking for another company to do business with. I gave up on Sleekair. The WORST NOW! NO Customer Service! Save your money and time. Shop elsewhere.

Review: I completed an order with Sleekhair.com on Mon, Jun 16, for four items, according to the billing and shipping information on their website, I expected to receive my order no later than Tue, Jun 24, by the end of the day. On Sun, Jun 22, after waiting several days for an email update on my order status, I contacted their customer service asking for a status update. They informed me on Mon, Jun 23, that my order had not been shipped and that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. They then claim that they sent me an e-mail telling me that one of the items was out of stock, however after double-checking my inbox and junk folder, I can confirm that they never sent out any e-mail to my account. They then informed me that the products that I ordered would continue to be out of stock for another week. I needed them by the end of the day Tue, Jun 24, and so now I am placing an order with Image Beauty, and the shipping alone will cost me $65.14! That's more than double the cost of my order! Not to mention the products retail for much cheaper on Image Beauty's website, I should've ordered from them to begin with I guess.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive cash in the amount of $65.14, the amount owed to me for additional shipping charges for having to place an order elsewhere after sleekhair.com couldn't follow through with their end of the contract.

Review: This is my second complaint with sleekhair.com. They are giving me a very hard time in refunding me on my order. The assistant manager states that I do not know how to do my hair and that the results were up to par. I have experience doing hair for years. I followed directions accordingly to the main manufacturers website. I wasted 180.00 and they only want to refund me 50.00. I am not happy with any of there products and I can't use anything I bought. I don't feel safe using there products. They are all defective hair products. The manager is arguing with me through emails and all I want is a full refund and I will send back everything I have left which is still a lot but I used it to find that it was defective. Selling defective hair products can be a health risk. The manager insists that her products are not defective and is implying that I don't know how to color my hair even though I have years of experience doing so.Desired Settlement: full refund on entire order. I cannot use any of the products. They are all defective and unusable.

Review: I ordered Aquage Transforming Paste size 4.6 oz. When product received today, bottle was just a little over half full. Lid was taped shut. I called company, left my complaint ,also sent several e-mails. response from [redacted] C was that I received the bottle size that I ordered, and basically have a nice day. I e-mailed back and said that I do not dispute the bottle size, I dispute the amount of product in the bottle. Paid $21.49 plus $5.99 shipping for total of $27.48. I got cheated out of my product amount. Ordered NEW bottle, not used! I took photo of amount in bottle when receivedDesired Settlement: Send me additional product, at their expense or give me back the difference in funds. Was suppose to be a bonus size, I DID NOT GET BONUS

Terrible customer service. All sales final even if product is not correct

Hard to reach on the phone.

do yourself a favor and order from a company that treats cusomers fairly

when there is a complaint like [redacted] or equivalent.
