The individual came in and originally wanted a mattress with pocketed coils to support his body, but wasn’t able to come up with the amount so decided to just go with a much cheaper beginners basic model to save moneyHe only wanted the mattress which would void out the warranty as the warranty card saidHe messaged a couple weeks later saying there was an impression mark on his mattressI told him that I hadn’t had anyone need to use the warranty since I opened months ago so, I would have to get ahold of someone in the franchise to find out out they deal with the warrantyI asked him if he had the mattress under a box spring because he hadn’t purchased one from us and he sent informed me he didI told him to send me the picture to send to the company and cone to find out he had put a Queen Mattress under two very old looking twins box springsThat obviously would help to make the foundation unstable because the bed wouldn’t be balanced correctlyHis mom gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me I’m wrong and Swears and curses at me, tell me it doesn’t matter about the stability of the foundation and she is right strictly because she is a Customer and I have no right to tell her she is wrongI then informed her that I couldn’t dialogue with her if she continued to curse at me, I asked her to put her son on the phone(the actual Customer) so I could set up a time for him to come in so could explain how the unstable foundation , with a guy his size, on a lower end quality bed would all together contribute to the impressionThey were expecting me to give them another mattress so they could put the same bed back on the same unstable foundationHe told me that “”when he came the next day he would be leaving with a new mattress or he would kill and then bury me”” then he proceeded to hang upI immediately called the Lacrosse police department to report the threat and tell them that I would not allow him to come and cause danger to myself, my children who may be in the office sometimes, or my customersThey agreed and thanked me for calling them and said they would go handle the matterI completely forgot about a 6:30pm time the next day because once her son threatened bodily harm with violence all communication between myself and the individual cease to continue and I allowed the proper authorities to handle it I arrived at my store ironically at 6:I remember after making a delivery, to load up another when I received another message from the mom threatening t give me bad reviews and report me to the Revdex.com, and it how it didn’t matter whether they threatened and cursed at me because they were part of the community, I wasn’t, and no one would believe me The individual and the mom continue to harass me despite me blocking them on Facebook and through the cell phone number, I believe my next recourse is to go file for a restraining orderI have a host of Customer who I cherish and I wouldn’t my any means cheat this customer in anywayThe sad part is that even though the company wouldn’t honor the warranty because of no purchase of the set, and the old unstable twin box springs he had und a queen mattress, I thought about just taking the lost myself but I couldn’t get them to understand how the same thing would happen again I more than likely if they put it in those box springs again but sadly we never got to that point because he decided to threaten to kill and bury me if I didn’t give him what he wanted
