Dear Revdex.com, We have spoken to the customer over the phone and our service representative tells us that the customer was loud and unrulyOur policy is to terminate contact after customer becomes verbally abusiveCustomer states she received a king set instead of a queen and this is simply untrueCustomer failed to notice on our website that all our sheets are made with inch deep pockets made for luxury deep mattressesAs attached, customer states that her mattress is inches deepIt is quite obvious that the sheet will be to big for her mattress As attached, customer states that her sheets are x This is the size marked on our queen setsTherefore, it is impossible that we shipped the customer as king sheet set

Yes I did get loud but that was because I had been dealing with it for a weekI will put the sheets on the bed and take a picture to send showing they are too big. When I talked ro them on the phone the customer service rep wouldn't let me talk and started getting loud with meThen said he had to terminate my call knowing I was upset then called me back within min.I am asking to return they sheets I have another set that fits my bed perfect and never had any issue with themThese will not fit my bed at all and they told me to tuck it under more and they would shrink. The website says 100% satisfaction guarantee and im not satisfied I want to return them and my money back. That is all that I have asked for. When my sheets are a foot longer than my bed its not for a queen. I want these sheets returned and my money backI have gone thru all the steps that I have been asked. I have several emails showing I have tried contacting them and I also have email from them AFTER the phone call.

*** *** I was informed this morning through PayPal, which I also made a complaint, that towels take longer to process and the one color is out of stock. This is a common problem and most companies notify their customers immediately. A formal complaint should not have to be filed to get a response. I do not believe they never received my emails or phone calls. Due to the nature of their customer service, I cannot trust this business as reliable. I would like a refund for the towels. Thank you

I have not received any sheets.  Per the response from Sleep Bamboo, I should have received it by this past Friday.  Please provide a tracking number or anything of proof that a package is en route to my home.
