Worst company I have ever dealt with as far as customer satisfaction goesOrdered a adjustable bed, mattress and headboardThe headboard when installed sat 8" away from the mattress! Looked terrible and I had them take it backThie process of getting all three pieces took them three times to accomplish , I was promised free pillows for my inconvenience I have not received the pillows and will never receive the pillowsIt took three weeks, two phone calls and a letter to get my refund MINUS the installation fee! Talk about making a customer happyI received no phone call, no apology, nothingI would not advise shopping here, I am sure the product is good, but they care nothing about making their customer happy
