Sales representative said one price and it was different when I called charged my card 40.00 and couldn't tell me why it dicing go to purchase what foPrice 449.00 paid 40.00 plus tax 3.12 ask [redacted] the sales rep why didn't that go toward he said I couldn't get mattress if I didn't pay the amount called to see how much it would be to pay off mattress rep said 524.00 I asked how and the mattress was only 449.00 he said tax I told him salesman stated they would pay sales tax rep said they charge tax I said I can't pay taxes twice your company is misleading the sales rep didn't state that this company was a rent to own so I don't think I should pay sales tax or more than what my purchase amount is because I decided to do 90 days same as cash and they are still trying to make me pay itold them to come get their mattress it's within the thirty days I purchase them on 02/20/2014 and I called on 02/24/2014 they asking me to pay 80.74 for 12 monthsDesired SettlementRefund of 43.13 and they can get their mattress I would find some elsewhere because they are misleading they don't explain to customers they are just tryin to make a sale.Business Response Talked to customer offered to refund her sales tax in the amount of $41.54. Explained that the finance company charges the sales tax and not us but since there was a misunderstanding we would refund it for her. She was happy with that.
