I have communicated with the seller of this device to the customer and the seller will be refunding the customer directly.Greg

information to even verify the unit in question was returned (and received) to SleepDirect. Complaint #[redacted]Revdex.com: During the time I worked on this problem with Sleep direct and So-Clean I had one return call only, and that call came from So-Clean. Sleep direct say's they left me a message or text, they couldn't have, they never had mine or my fathers email account name, or cell numbers to send me any info. and never had a message on our answering machine at home.  I always placed the calls and never was there a call back.  Sending my package thru UPS and insured for $300. my tracking number was [redacted] and my package made it to it's destination, a sister company to So-Clean.  The company Sleep Direct received it and the people in receiving tell me they forwarded it on to So-Clean for me, along with other items they had to ship out to them.  I was told this happens now and then and between the two companies they don't mind sending it on, (cheaper that way for the customer) but there was no tracking information placed on it from S.D. as they forwarded it on to So-Clean.  It was sent to So-Clean in bulk packaging.  Now Sleep Direct is asking me for a tracking number?  They are very aware that my package was not given a number from there own warehouse, they chose to forward my package on to So-Clean.  I have asked S.D. for something, anything to show me what happen to my package, or where it went.  It should have been picked up by UPS and sent back to me, they chose to send it on, and without any type of information in there business system that shows what and where the package went.  I can't produce something that (in there own words) doesn't exist.  As a business, and this is typical procedure (they say), they need to change how they care for customers things.  My tracking numbers place my package at there door step, Sleep Direct needs to produce a tracking number as to what they did with it after that, and now they are asking me for this information? They forwarded my package they should be able to follow it with the right paperwork, procedure, procedure, procedure as I was able to track it thru UPS to them.  Thank-you,  [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Except for the fact that we have not had any correspondence with either company, have not heard from them on a refund that will be coming. If it comes thru the mail, I want to thank Revdex.com for there time in taking care of my complaint, if we don't see a refund, I will be contacting you again so we can resolve this matter.
