I have received physical letter from Revdex.com regarding to this matter.? Explanation:Guest Name - [redacted]Check In Date - 05/25/2018Check Out Date - 05/27/2018Nights Stay - 2? Details:Guest stayed with us for nights, Our front desk agent names [redacted] checked them at PM and called them
at around PM to make sure they find everything okay in the roomWe do call our guest within to mins after check in to make sure they find everything okay with their room and log those entries within log book for future incident such as thisThe repose was "great"We also maintain log book at front desk to note any incident such as this to serve our guest betterOur 3rd shift front desk name [redacted] noted within the log book at PM that guest came down and said there were nets around windowPlease note, nets could have came through window, if they have opened the window after check in to the room at PMIts humanly impossible to talk to nets so we offered if they want to change the rooms or we would happy to spray but guest didn't want to accept either of thosewe also offered them check out option but it was turn down as well.? Please note Mr[redacted] is a local guest who made reservations but actually never stayed in the room, He made these reservations on his name to get points for his out of town guestsNext day they have accepted to change the rooms and decided to stay with us for another night.? Letter mentioning "personal working from office are not professional and or drug addicts" could be mainly Me (Manager) or our Assistant managerWe have been called worst in the past so we forgive him.? Conclusion:We have cleared to guests during their stay that we will not be able to refund any money especially after changing their rooms and adding another night to their stay.?
