Sleep Inn Pasco

Review: Upon my arrival at the sleep inn I was forced to wait over ten min to be checked in the front desk atendent saw me and did nothing to great me. Check in to an extreamly long time and I was quoted the wrong price I was told 106 flatt and my card was charged $130. While I was being shown my paperwork she was talking to two other guest and not explaining this clearly. At this point we had family waiting at dinner for us and had to rush and leave. Upon returning to the hotel that night we were in the swimming pool at 9:45pm we were swimming in the mniddle of the pool when the lights wenbt out over head and I slipped coming out of the pool in the dark at no point did anyone come to help us or check and see if anyone was in the pool before turning off the lights this is an extream saftey hazard when I brought this to the attention of the manger he seemed annyoed said well its automatic did not even say he was sorry. Upon waking up the next morning we ate the breakfast provided and within in hours time the guest staying with me became violently sick. I went to the store to retrive meds and when I came back to the room our key had been deactivated before check out time. SDo while my friend layed in the room puking I had to go to front desk for anthoer key. Where I complained of the food and let the attendednt on duty know my friend became sick from it it was dimmissed. We later had to take my friend to the doctor at this point the doctor said it was no doubt food posining. I called sleep in to have my money refunded let them know about 300 dollars in med bill they told me deal with it that it was not food posiniong. The manger at their coperate office was rude dismissive said he was head of everything and I got what I paid for. I let him know we travel all over and that I have never had an experiance like this and all I wanted was my night stay fee refunded to which he refused to even refund half. I told him I would ove further to make sure other guest know their customer service policys.Desired Settlement: I would like the total I paid for the room to be refunded
