When asked for a check to be mailed to purchasers address in purchasers name, Cody, the salesperson called the house and told them it was a scam.Possibly, because he did not want to honor the rebate, or he wanted to humiliate me because I requested a check be mailed to them on their behalf. It is his responsibility to get the $600 rebate to him. I would NEVER purchase there again! Sleep Outfitters HR Paige Sneadler, promised that Cody would certainly write an apology letter for slandering my name by saying that I am a scammer, but after 3 months I the letter has never arrived. Very disappointed in the entire situation.

First of all, the security technician did set the large box of equipment on the top of my $ dining room tableI have a witness stating to back this upThe security technician is being 100% untruthful *** Also, the owner *** *** insisted that his technician did not put the box on the table, which suggested that I was not truthfulI would like to make one thing very clearThe security technician did put the box of equipment on my table which caused the surface scratchingI was prepared to have the table repaired, the owner of RC Communications *** *** ***He refused to disclose his insurance for me to place a damage claim***I currently still have a damaged table and do not have RC Communications insurance information to make a damage claim***I did not feel comfortable with his commentsI do not understand why RC Communications refused to come out to even look at my claim
