Frank has provided alarm service to my business going on 4 years now. The install was done professionally, the service is outstanding and I prefer to deal with a family owned business that has a good moral code rather than a huge company that really doesn't care what your needs are other than making the sale and moving on. The owner, Frank, stops by now and then just to check on things and make sure we are happy and that there are no issues. Do you know a company that does this? For the few people that have had issues and couldn't resolve them by communicating directly with Frank must not be accurately describing their situation. He's not the cheapest but why would you want cheap when it comes to YOUR security? Think about that people and don't believe everything you read from people you don't know. Me included lol

The wireless system talks fine but it seems its not being monitored by anyone. No manual was left or sent when I asked for it. hung up on when I call
I purchased my home about 5 years ago and the service was already here so I continued it. about 4 years into the service I started having a problem with the alarm going off in the day time while I was at work I called *** he came charged me 85 dollars every time he came no matter what the problem. finally after paying too many alarm fees he agreed to replace it with a wireless system in July he didn't give me any paper work not even an invoice when I asked he said he was going on vacation he would be back in two weeks I called the office they hung up on me. I have been trying to get in touch to get an instruction manual and 2 key chain remotes he promised. He was upset because I didn't pay him cash I put it on my American Express card in 2 payments and he told me I had to give him and his Son *** a cash tip when I told him I only had 20.00 cash he was upset and took my 20.00 and put it in his pocket and told his son oh well I guess you don't get a tip. I set off the alarm yesterday and it went off but I never got a call from the company to say it went off like I have gotten for the last 4 years or so I pay them months in advance. I would like to get my 300.00 back I asked him how the system worked if it is wireless how will the monitoring company will know when it goes off and notify me. He said it will know. The system was not in a box and he didn't even show me how to work it just how to set it and that's all it has the time on it and I wanted to set it correctly that's what I called for and was hung up on by the girl in the office in July I have called and left messages and no return call yet. when he was installing the system he was yelling at someone on the phone the whole time he was here. which I thought was very unprofessional it should have waited until he was done.I'm so very glad I didn't give him cash I have my Am Express charge to show proof that I paid him.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back because as I found out on yesterday 11/09/17 it is not even being monitored. I pay him a fee and the local sheriff dept. for that service.Now he doesn't even return my calls I'm really disappointed with him he seemed so nice at first.I am going to obtain another company for service.I tried to contact them before the storm and no answer I work and we have been very busy since today is a holiday for me and I have the time to do this.

Refuse to give me copy of my signed contract & a copy of receipt replacement alarm battery.
This company is taking advantage of a disabled adult who asked for a copy of his home contract a receipt of a new alarm battery. The company refused to give either one. They never gave me a copy of my contract and a receipt for me alarm battery.

Not only that they refuse to give me a copy of my contract and receipt. Sleep Safe try to take advantage of me and my property *** by telling them due to Hurricane Irma I need a alarm system which will cost me $379.00. Outcome, I had another alarm company come out to check the alarm system and all I needed was a new battery.
Bottom line I was taken advantage and Sleep Safe refuses to give me what I requested because the owner of the company is on medical leave.

Desired Outcome

I want out of my home contract which there is no proof of and do not want to do any more business with this company because they are a shady company. They do not honor *** request. Besides they do not answer the phone and voice mail is always full.

Customer Response

As of today the case is closed. The company and I have settled our differences. The owner agreed to let me out of my contract.

Thank you for everything and this alarm company
in my mind should not be in business.
